They are always accurate, yes. Not always interesting, but always accurate.

It doesn't usually trigger all that frequently. Most of the time, I barely need to think about it, and on the rare occasion I get more visions in a short amount of time, a bit of rest is usually enough to recover... but this is a lot more than I've ever been used to.
